The year-round heated swimming pool and spa are located at the east end of the complex.
Chaise lounges and colorful umbrellas are also available for your relaxation and enjoyment.
So that everyone can safely enjoy the pool area, please familiarize yourself with the following Policies and Rules that have been established by the HOA Board*

Pool Policies and Rules
• The Pool Area may only be used between 7am and 10pm, unless you have prior permission from the Board.
• No Resident shall have more than four (4) guests at any one time without prior permission from the Board. • Residents must remain with their guests. • Reservations made for the Clubhouse DO NOT include the use of the pool or Tennis area for your guests. • Club House facilities, with the exception of the restroom and kitchen, are to be reserved in advance. • Reservations for the Clubhouse can be made, 24 hours in advance of your event, through our Clubhouse Reservations page.
• Please dry off before entering the Clubhouse. • No children under the age of 14 are to be in the pool area of clubhouse, unless accompanied by an adult resident or caregiver. • Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the Spa without adult supervision.
• No glass of any kind is permitted in the pool area. • No loud music is allowed. Audio devices must be used with headphones. • Pool furniture is to remain outdoors at all times, and is not allowed to be move into the Clubhouse.
• If you move any pool furniture on the pool deck during your visit, please return it to where you found it.
• Community pool recreational equipment needs to be returned to the bins provided.
• Residents and their guests are to remove all personal items brought into the pool area. • Residents and their guests assume all responsibility for injury or property damage. • No diving is allowed into the pool or spa.
• No running or jumping into the spa.
• No running, horseplay or excessive splashing is allowed.
• Climbing and hanging on the gates and fences are not permitted.
• Proper swimwear is required.
• Pets are not permitted in the Recreation Area with the exception of Certified Service Animals. • Bubble producing agents and/or any chemical substance are not to be added to either the pool or spa water. • No one is allowed to alter the pool temperature, lighting, controls, etc., without prior Board approval. • Incontinent persons are not allowed in the pool or spa.
• Excessive use of alcohol is prohibited in the Recreation area.
• Public intoxication will not be tolerated.
• Smoking in the Recreation Area is strictly prohibited. • Under no circumstances are controlled substances to be used in the Recreation Area. |
